Assessments
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assesses your preferences in four key areas. The assessment looks at how you take in energy and information, how you make decisions, and how you organize your external world. Once you know your four-letter type, which is based on your preferences in each area, you can use this information for everything from finding a new job to being a more productive employee.
I conduct the MBTI for use in organizations and by individuals. I am certified in Steps I and II and have conducted workshops for numerous departments, teams, and groups. The MBTI is also useful for Career Development purposes, and I offer the assessment in conjunction with Career Coaching for individual clients.
If you are interested in a customized half-day or full-day team building workshop, or would like an assessment for yourself, please contact me directly. Click here for additional information on the MBTI and its use throughout the world.
The California Psychological Inventory (CPI 260)
The CPI 260 assessment is a powerful tool to help managers, leaders, and executives improve their performance in key areas. The assessment is comprised of 260 questions that are organized into 29 scales, and the results are used to develop high-potential employees and leaders who can help their organizations to succeed.
The CPI 260 is used primarily in the areas of leadership development, performance improvement, succession planning, and selection. As a coaching tool, participants are able to see how they compare to other on-track managers and leaders and develop an action plan that leverages strengths while addressing areas of development. I use the CPI 260 for all coaching engagements with high potentials, managers, and senior leadership because, when combined with other input, it helps to create a portrait of the coachee as a leader. Through this portrait, they can begin to better understand themselves both personally and in work-related ways, and influence their ongoing development and success.
